The Vidikron VP-6000VHD high performance plasma display monitor is perfect for high definition viewing in the very large, 60-inch size category.  Advanced engineering and design features and state-of-the-art performance make the VP-6000VHD the ideal choice for those wanting true high definition capability with a resolution of 1365 x 768.

The VP-6000VHD will handle all HDTV signals with ease, in addition to standard television. A 16:9 native resolution display panel with advanced engineering innovations gives you the brightest, clearest images possible.

The included VHD Controller/Processor with our exclusive Imagix™ video processing maintains a pure digital signal path from input to output, and includes a broad array of video input choices. Your home automation interface includes IR and RS-232 capabilities with discrete input selection, power on/off, aspect ratio control and more.

Multiple aspect ratio control includes Vidikron’s IntelliWide™ mode, offering the ability to view standard video formats in widescreen without loss of image quality.  IR and discrete RS-232 controls facilitate glitch-free custom installation, while Dynamic Pixel Protection™ helps to protect the plasma panel from stationery image burn.

The VP-6000VHD is also offered in an “a” version (eg. VP-6000VHDa), identical in all respects but designed for high altitude locations up to 9000ft.
